Charlotte is a delightful person, period. I benefited greatly from the time we spent moving through my 90 day Permissionist Package.

Gozá was a wonderful coach in many respects. First, she was a very active and compassionate listener. There were stories I shared that I thought were minor that she remembered in detail on more than one occasion. 

She presented and explained all of the exercises that we worked on together in a way that was digestible and made the process as fun as it was enlightening. And throughout it all, I felt safe, understood, and valued. 

Her non judgmental, compassionate, ‘real’ style of coaching will benefit all who choose to work with her.
